When I was ten years old my mother arranged for a professional picture to be taken of my two brothers and me. Right before the picture my mother came at me with mascara, telling me that my eye lashes were very light and my blue eyes would show up better if she put some mascara on them. I remember afterwards telling my friends that once they were old enough I would put mascara and eyeliner on them. Who would have believed that would be the beginning of my career in the cosmetics industry.
