Kinetics Shadow Base

Pre-shadow primer magnetizes color to lids and holds shadow in its place for ultra-long wear.  Keeps shadow color true. If you are more fair skinned we suggest regular shadow base. If you have more of a medium to olive skin we suggest the beige shadow base.

Use

• Using finger tips or Kinetics Concealer Brush, apply over eyelid and brow bone.  Pat-blend from lash line to brows with fingertips or a Kinetics sponge.
