Use

• Apply liberally to cotton pad and gently pat over face and neck
• Follow with appropriate Kinetics Moisturizer
• Mist may also be used as a calming, hydrating mist throughout the day to refresh.
• Lightly mist toner onto face when makeup is complete to set application.
