Sue's 6-Step Skincare Reset
Thinnest first, thickest last. The six products Sue picked for September, in the order she puts them on.
Sue puts the routine on in order. One minute 46. The eye cream at step 5 is not in the video.
Why the order is the whole thing
Skincare goes on thinnest first and thickest last. Think about getting dressed. The undershirt goes on before the coat, not after. Put the coat on first and the undershirt has nowhere to go.
Everything below is a step, not an option to weigh against the others. You can own two of them and still get the order right. The order is the part that matters.
The six
One product per step, top to bottom
Start at the top. If you only take two, take step 1 and step 4.

1 Cleanse
Quadruple Action Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash
Everyone, morning and night
Lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids with aloe and fruit enzymes. Lifts away the dull surface layer as it washes, so what goes on next has somewhere to go.
$38.00Also in 2 oz, $18.00

2 Tone
Calming Toner with Aloe and Arnica
Skin that goes red easily
Aloe and arnica, on skin that is still damp from washing. Formulated for sensitive and easily flushed skin.
$42.00Also in 2 oz, $19.00

3 Serum
Hyaluronic Acid Firming Serum
Skin that feels tight or looks dull
The thinnest thing in the routine, so it goes before anything heavier. Skin looks plumper and less tight.
$88.00

4 Moisturize
All-In-One Age Defying Booster
Every skin type. The one to add first
The one step that makes every other step work better. Hydration, smoothing and something to help hold it there, in one step instead of four.
$89.00

5 Eyes
Advanced Peptide Eye Cream
The eye area, thinner than the rest of your face
Tapped around the bone with your ring finger, never rubbed. Softens the look of lines and shadows.
$79.00

6 Last step
Hydrabarrier Timeless Oil Drops
The last step. Dry and normal skin
One or two drops, pressed on last. It is the lid on everything underneath, and it works under foundation in the morning.
$52.00
Step by step
How to put it on
- Wash with warm water, not hot.
- Tone while your skin is still damp.
- Serum next. Thinnest goes first.
- Booster over the serum.
- Eye cream. Ring finger, tap, do not rub.
- Oil drops last. One or two, pressed in.
Give each step a moment before the next one. Not a full minute, just long enough that your skin is not slippery.
Questions
Asked and answered
Do I have to use all six?
No. Start with the wash and the Booster. Add the others when you want to. The order stays the same whichever ones you own.
Does the eye cream go before or after the moisturizer?
After. The eye area is thinner than the rest of your face, so it gets its own step near the end, and the oil drops go over everything.
What if I only do this once a day?
Night, if you have to pick one. Nothing is going over the top of it and you are not rushing out of the house.
The wash and the toner come in two sizes. Which one?
Take the 2 oz if you have not used them before. The 8 oz costs less per ounce once you know you like them.
Is this the same as the September collection?
Yes. These are the six featured products for September, put in the order they go on.
